Our Members
The League consists of 24 member foundations with total assets exceeding $6.9 billion. In 2009, League members received more than 34,000 individual gifts surpassing $723 million, and distributed grants of more than $715 million to community-based organizations working across a wide range of focus areas.
The rapid growth of community foundation assets, and the increasing numbers of donors and grants are evidence that community foundations are succeeding in their missions to make their communities better places to live, work and play.
